We kick-off with Football and with just hours left to the start of the World Cup in South Africa – Fabio Capello has impressed on England the need to maintain their discipline at the finals.
And captain Steven Gerrard has followed suit by urging his team-mates, and Wayne Rooney in particular, to keep their tempers in check.
Staying in the England camp - coach Capello has settled on his first XI, however David James admitted England's goalkeepers are being kept in the dark over who will start this weekend.
England kick-off their World Cup campaign against The United States of America on Saturday in a Group C encounter.

Here’s a quick look at tonight’s opening fixtures – hosts South Africa get Group A under when they play against Mexico at the Soccer City Stadium in Johannesburg.
That tie kicks off at 10pm Singapore time.
And over at the Cape Town Stadium, Uruguay will face 1998 Champions France which should kick-off 2:30am – early Saturday morning.

Into the S-League – The Young Lions climbed to fourth in the table after a crucial 1-nil win over Gombak United at the Jalan Besar Stadium.
Safuwan Baharudin scored the winner for the Lions in the 64th minute.
Over at the Yishun Stadium – Beijing Guoan grabbed all three points with a 1-nil over Balestier Khalsa; Teng Bin scored the winner in the first half.
Now looking at S-League action later this evening – SAFFC will hope to climb into third spot with a win against Albirex Niigata.
That tie will be played at Jalan Besar Stadium and will kick-off at 7:30pm.

And finally in Formula One and with hours left to the first Practice Session of the Canadian Grand Prix – Sebastian Vettel has conceded that the Red Bull might not be as well suited to the Montreal track as the McLaren this weekend.
With a lot of straight-line speeding expected - McLaren has enjoyed the best straight-line speed of all the cars in F1 and Vettel thinks that advantage will be more prominent in Canada starting today.
