Finally in Basketball – over the weekend – The Singapore Slingers blew a 7 point lead late in the game in losing to Satria Muda of 88-83 in overtime.

The Slingers led by as much a 10 points in the 4th quarter but some inexcusable lapses on defence allowed Satria Muda to convert some key 3 point shots that keep them within range of the Slingers.

The Slingers will next take on defending champions The Philippine Patriots this Sunday at the Singapore Indoor Stadium tip off is at 4pm.
